Reporting help
Learn how to report videos, comments, accounts and messages, and understand what happens after a report is submitted.
How to report
Select the closest available reason and provide enough context for the safety team to understand the concern.
Use the video menu when a post may violate Lumivo's Community Guidelines or create a safety concern.
Report comments that contain harassment, hate, threats, spam or other prohibited content.
Report a profile when the account appears to be impersonating someone, scamming people or repeatedly violating platform rules.
Use message reporting for harassment, threats, fraud, unwanted sexual content or other unsafe behaviour.
Blocking can help stop further interaction while Lumivo reviews the reported activity.
For serious threats, fraud or safety incidents, keep relevant details that may help support review.
After you report
Review outcomes depend on the reported material, surrounding context, severity and any relevant history.
Lumivo records the selected reason and the content or account connected to the report.
The report is reviewed against platform rules, available context and relevant account history.
Possible actions include no action, content removal, visibility limits, feature restrictions or account enforcement.
Repeated or severe violations may lead to stronger restrictions, suspension or permanent account action.
Reporting principles
Lumivo does not tell the reported person who submitted a standard in-app report.
Submitting repeated reports about the same issue does not necessarily make review faster.
Do not use reporting tools to harass others, manipulate enforcement or target content you simply disagree with.
Contact local emergency services when someone may be in immediate physical danger.
Additional support
