Block a creator
Blocking helps prevent unwanted interaction and removes blocked creators from your experience.
- 1Open the creator's profile or content menu.
- 2Choose Block creator.
- 3Confirm the action when prompted.
Unblock a creator
You can review and manage blocked accounts from your account settings.
- 1Open Settings from your profile.
- 2Go to Blocked users.
- 3Choose the account and confirm Unblock.
Manage collection visibility
Choose whether a collection is private or visible to other people.
- 1Open Saved from your profile.
- 2Select the collection you want to update.
- 3Edit the collection visibility and save.
Report privacy concerns
Report content, accounts or interactions that may violate Lumivo policies.
- 1Open the relevant content or account menu.
- 2Choose Report.
- 3Select the closest reason and submit the report.
Protect your account
Keep your account secure by using strong credentials and reviewing suspicious activity.
