Find help for registration, sign-in, usernames, profile updates, password recovery and account access.

Create a Lumivo account

Use email sign-up to create your Lumivo account and begin setting up your profile.

  1. 1Open Lumivo and choose Create account.
  2. 2Enter your email address and create a secure password.
  3. 3Choose a unique username and complete your profile.

Sign in to your account

Access Lumivo using the email address and password connected to your account.

  1. 1Open Lumivo and choose Sign in.
  2. 2Enter your registered email address.
  3. 3Enter your password and continue.

Reset your password

Use password recovery if you cannot remember your current Lumivo password.

  1. 1From the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. 2Enter the email address connected to your account.
  3. 3Follow the recovery instructions sent to your email.

Change your username

Update your public username from profile settings, subject to availability.

  1. 1Open your profile and choose Edit profile.
  2. 2Select the username field.
  3. 3Enter an available username and save your changes.

Edit your profile

Update your display name, biography and profile image from your profile settings.

  1. 1Open your profile.
  2. 2Choose Edit profile.
  3. 3Update your details and save your changes.

Recover account access

Use account recovery when you no longer have access to your usual sign-in method.

  1. 1Try password recovery first.
  2. 2Confirm that you are using the correct email address.
  3. 3Contact Lumivo Support if you still cannot access the account.
